Globalization and the emergence of the "Fast food"term is similar to the emergence of modern institutions in the functioning of contemporary art. The food and art industries are designed to saturate the maximum number of people, although this has its negative side - the poor quality of "food".
Artists want to be free, independent of any post-industry goals, so-called "artificial food". However, they dream of influencing public consciousness and dare to hope for a critical inclusion in the realities of social life
